MONDAY MORNING MINDFUL MOUNTAINBIKE MEANDERS

These are gentle Guided Mountain Bike Rides designed around MINDFULNESS and WELLBEING.

A chance to get out and explore the forest and the nature that habitates this amazing woodland. The rides are at a sedate pace on tracks and trails suitable for the riders participating.

The rides will vary from session to session, but take the basic format of a 3 hour session, with a gentle ride taking in the woodland, its trees and wildlife that we see along the way. There will be time to stop along the way and take in your surroundings.

Riders must be able to ride gentle off-road trails and should bring their own bikes, or you can contact us to arrange bike hire from one of our partner companies.

- 100% TAILORED Private hire coaching sessions - vouchers are available for a 1 x 3 hour session, or discount of 3 x 3 hour sessions - options for 1 to 5 riders.

- MTB SKILLS COURSES - courses available different for different levels of rider -

    + Introduction to Mountain Biking - 3 hour course

    + Developing MTB Skills - two courses "Finding your FLOW" 3 hour course and "ROCK'n'DROP" 3 hour course (discount for both booked on same day)

    + Introduction to eMTB's - 3 hour course

    + Introduction to NIGHT RIDING - 3 hour course - light available to hire

- KIDS MTB CAMPS - various camps for Kids of different ages and abilities.

   + Biking Bairns - 7 to 10 years olds

   + TRAIL RIDERS  - 10 to 16 year olds - for Kids fairly new to the sport

   + ADVANCED TRAIL RIDERS - 10 to 17 year olds - for Kids riding RED & BLACK trails

Bike Hire

We do not offer bike hire, but if you do not have a bike, we work closely with “Bird Cycleworks” who offer top quality bike hire for children and adults in Hamsterley Forest and, depending on availability, other venues. Please contact us if you require MTB hire

E-Mountain Bikes

We welcome riders on eMTB’s as well as none powered MTB’s, on most of our MTB Courses, Camps and Guided Rides.

 Please note eMTB riders must be at least 14 years old and eMTB’s must be UK & EU “Pedalec” legal. Riders of eMTB’s must also be respectful and tolerant to riders of  none  powered bikes (and vice-versa)
